1. Eligibility for Refunds

* Refunds are available for services purchased directly through Bookham Services, provided a request is made within 14 calendar days of service completion or delivery of digital products.

* To be eligible, services must not have been fully utilized, and digital products must not have been downloaded or accessed beyond basic preview functionality.

* Refunds will not be granted if:

◦ The request is made after the 14-day window has passed.

◦ The service was customized to your specific requirements and completed as agreed.

◦ The issue arises from misuse of the service or non-compliance with our terms of use.

* We will review your request within 5 business days and notify you of our decision via email or phone.

* If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

* Cancellation by Us: If we are unable to deliver the agreed service due to circumstances beyond your control, we will provide a full refund or offer a suitable alternative service at no extra cost.

* Partial Refunds: In cases where only part of a service has been completed or delivered, we may offer a partial refund based on the work undertaken.

* Third-Party Services: If your purchase includes components provided by third parties, refunds for these elements will be subject to the third party’s own policies, which we will make clear at the time of booking.
